DK Statistical Consulting has worked with a large number of clients across many fields of interest, including psychology, sociology, marketing, management, and many others. We have never had a problem bringing our statistical expertise into an area that we have not previously had experience with.
We utilize a variety of statistical methods in our consulting work, including t-tests, ANOVAs, ANCOVAs, regression, and factor analysis. We also have experience with a much wider variety of statistical methods (see below).
If you need a statistical consultant, please contact us and we will be happy to speak with you about your project. We pride ourselves on our fast turn-around time, and we are confident that we can meet any reasonable deadline.
Businesses, Government Agencies and Non-Profits
We can handle data sets of almost any size and complexity, having experience with datasets of ten million cases or more, and with thousands of variables. Our experience with complex statistical analysis is profound, and we are confident that we can assist you with any statistical needs that you require. We are also familiar with the tight deadlines that businesses, government agencies, and non-profits can be up against, and we would be happy to discuss your needs with you in order to agree upon a timeline and deadline that works for both parties.
We have experience working with businesses, as well as government agencies and non-profits from the time at which DK Statistical Consulting was founded. We have worked with companies both in the United States and abroad, from the very small to the very large, and having varying goals, data, and interests. Our broad experience allows us to understand your particular needs and to base our business relationship on your specific circumstances.
Statistical Modeling, Forecasting and Big Data
As the world becomes ever more complex, so does the data collected on it, and the statistical methods that must be used to analyze it. In the realm of statistical modeling and forecasting, DK Statistical Consulting has broad experience with econometrics. We have experience with a large set of econometric methods and models, along with the various and extensive assumptions and diagnostic tests associated with these analyses.
Regarding big data, we have experience with specialized methods used for extremely large datasets, such as gradient descent, as well as methods used in the interest of prediction, like neural networks. We have the necessary skills and required software in order to handle big data, to analyze it appropriately, and to interpret the results clearly and correctly. If you have needs that may not be met by other statistical consultants with less experience, please contact us for a free consultation.
Statistical Consulting for Dissertation and Thesis Consulting
We have assisted hundreds of graduate students over the years with their thesis or dissertation. Writing a thesis or dissertation can be a lengthy, time-consuming process. Typically we assist graduate students with the methodology and results portion of their study, but frequently assist in other areas as well. We have over ten years of experience working with graduate students and have an excellent track record of positive results when it comes time for clients’ thesis or dissertation defense.
We have assisted students with all components of their thesis or dissertation, including the introduction, literature review, methodology, results, and discussion and conclusion chapters. We have also assisted with the data analysis components of clients’ studies.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Having a great deal of experience with IRBs, we understand the importance of keeping data confidential. All data sets that we receive are kept on an encrypted container, so even if my hardware was to be lost or stolen, you can be assured that your data will be kept confidential.
We understand that some clients prefer to keep the fact that they are working with a statistical consultant confidential. As a strict rule, we never release information regarding who we work for or what projects we are working on to anyone unless we have your express permission. You can review our full privacy policy here.

Pricing
We generally use an hourly rate for most projects for two reasons:
1. It means that you do not overpay in case things go more quickly than anticipated.
2. It means that we are not underpaid in case things take a little longer than originally planned.
Once we have everything we need, we will prepare a quote based on our hourly rate and send it to you for your consideration.
We are happy to supply you with an itemized list of how we have spent our time as long as this is requested in advance.
We have a $750 minimum for new clients. Any remaining time we can apply to any future work you might need, and this credit extends for one full year from the time we are initially hired.
